How we utilise AI to get you an advantage

Large Language Models (LLMs) have an advantage in being able to access huge data sets to generate high quality articles. ENGAGE is at an early stage on its AI journey but so far we have successfuly used a model to generate personalised and up to date content creation for subscribers. Writing articles and creating content can be costly and out of date very quickly. Using Chat GPT 4.0 we enable users to request their own specific content that is constantly updated.

Managing a whole new social platform is a resource overhead that few community owners can justify. That’s why we use AI to help generate interesting and relevant content that is also more targeted to the user without creating a headchae for our customers.

We can use AI to extract sentiment and insight

We’re an early adopter of Google’s Gems which enables us to read conversational data such as groups, forums and chats to extract insight. This is an opt-in service which is being trialled, however it opens up the door to new commercial models too. One of our customers is using it to generate research data on potential new drugs that can be created to alleviate specifiic symptoms. The contract with the user is part of a new Distributed Autonomous Organization structure (DAO) that rewards the members with royalties from any successful new products created.
